Food and Crafts Markets (10AM-4PM every Saturday all year, also on Sundays in December), Street Food festival, cafe, gallery, live music and wooden architecture - Kalnciema Quarter
To add colour and suburban flavour to your afternoons in Riga, visit Kalnciema Quarter – the ensemble of renovated wooden buildings which harbours the history from the end of the 19th century. What is hidden from the eye of the beholder who passes by, reveals itself here – a courtyard with a secret restaurant, small orchard, a glass of wine, a good conversation and at times – live music.
Seasonal markets from 10.00-16.00 on all Saturdays, will give a taste of local food and crafts.
Open air concerts with small Food and Crafts market every Thursday starting from 24th of May till end of September. 5pm-11pm, entrance free.
Street Food Festival on Wednesdays (May-September).
