Founded in 2006 and nestled along the Baltic Sea, AS MADARA Cosmetics is an organic cosmetics manufacturer, whose formulations are based on highly active natural ingredients, harvested in the meadows, lakes and forests of Arctic/Northern region. Both ingredients and final formulations are ECOCERT/Cosmos certified, natural and organic.
MÁDARA is the name of a unique Northern wild herb (Galium Verum) that grows in a pure soil, free from pesticides and other chemicals. Picked as a symbol of all organic Northern ingredients used in brand's products, it is also a popular woman’s name in Latvia.
