In 2008, was completed the next phase of large-scale reconstruction and modernization of the plant. As a result, we received about 20 different kinds of oils, greases and fluids relevant specifications of the European standards. UNITED OILS is preparing to issue several types of oils, which are necessary to end users, of both domestic and external markets.

Also in the UNITED OILS realized the next phase – “The reconstruction and modernization program «UNITED OILS 2010 - 2015"”, which involves a number of projects aimed at:

increase production capacity for more than 15000 tons of oils and greases liquids per year;
reducing the cost of maintenance of infrastructure, implementing new cost-effective mechanisms, equipment and raw materials
ensuring compliance with applicable quality requirements of the European Community;
infrastructure development (tank farms, network interplant communication, energy and water supply);
measures to improve energy for company and lower power consumption.
a program to improve the ecological environment and prevent harmful emissions and waste (environmental protection).

Upon completion of the program UNITED OILS reach the level of modern enterprise with the level of production - 32 000 tons per year.

At the moment, UNITED OILS, in the implementation stage have 3 major investment projects. We are working on the program "business", the involvement of European Union funds to develop new products and technologies. There are started works on project realization on building hangar space and installation of park of tanks.

Scale reconstruction becomes possible thanks to realization of variety of courageous technological decisions, the competent engineering policy, accurate and harmonious work of all collective of the enterprise, support of the European community.Now all efforts of a management, the experts and workers are directed on adaptation to new price terms of delivery oil products and chemistry products to the Latvian Republic and maintenance of effective work UNITED OILS in these conditions.
